Milan completed his Bachelors of Commerce (Honours) degree at the University of British Columbia before going on to study law at the University of Victoria.

Milan was called to the bar in British Columbia in March 2019 and has appeared before: the Immigration and Refugee Board, BC Provincial Court, BC Supreme Court, the Residential Tenancy Branch and the Civil Resolution Tribunal many times over the years.

Prior to joining Westpoint Law Group, he developed extensive experience in strata, tenancy, and immigration law. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the LABC Immigration Committee and Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association.
