The Notice of Civil Claim was filed on January 26, 2021.
The 10 day certification hearing concluded on April 28, 2023. Since then, the Court has requested the parties provide submissions on a number of legal points and case law developments, the most recent being on July 19, 2024. The deadline for further submissions is September 16, 2024. The written reasons of the Court will then be reserved and will be provided at a later date.
